Step 1: 

Children who are 6 years of age or older must be registered with the county as a homeschool student with the exception of students who are recipients of the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA). It may take a few days to obtain this Affidavit of Intent to Homeschool, so we strongly recommend you begin by filing your notarized form with the county in which you reside. Email us a copy of the approved Affidavit of Intent to Homeschool (for students aged 6+) to eagleridge-reply@mpsaz.org.

• If your child is 5, please note that this document will be required within 2 weeks of your child’s 6th birthday.

Step 2: 

Complete the online registration process.

Please upload all required documents during this process in order to expedite the class selection process.

There are three options to choose from:

• New Parent registration (brand-new to Mesa)

• Current Parent registration (already have student in Mesa)

• Returning Parent registration (previously had student in Mesa)

Step 3: 

Once we have processed your online registration we will call you to let you know how to begin the class selection process.
