Registration for Homeschool Students

Step 1: 

Children who are 6 years of age or older must be registered with the county as a homeschool student with the exception of students who are recipients of the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA). It may take a few days to obtain this Affidavit of Intent to Homeschool, so we strongly recommend you begin by filing your notarized form with the county in which you reside. AFFIDAVIT OF INTENT TO HOMESCHOOL - PINAL COUNTY

Email us a copy of the approved Affidavit of Intent to Homeschool (for students aged 6+) to eagleridge-reply@mpsaz.org.

  • If your child is 5, please note that this document will be required within 2 weeks of your child’s 6th birthday.

Step 2: 

Complete the online registration process.

Please upload all required documents during this process in order to expedite the class selection process.

There are three options to choose from:

  • New Parent registration (brand-new to Mesa)

  • Current Parent registration (already have student in Mesa)

  • Returning Parent registration (previously had student in Mesa)

Step 3: 

Once we have processed your online registration we will call you to let you know how to begin the class selection process.
